The Program
The Undergrad is a 90-day guided program from Tech Savvy School. It includes access to the Undergrad coursework and one live weekly group Q&A call. You choose one build path at checkout (Lead Magnet, Challenge, Survey or Workshop). You may switch paths during the program.

Term and Access
Your 90 days begin on the date of enrollment. Access to the coursework, calls and call replays ends when the 90-day term ends, unless you upgrade or renew. Replays are limited to the Undergrad weekly calls. Tech Savvy School program replays are not included.

Your Tools
You are responsible for your own software accounts, including your own HighLevel account. Third-party tool costs are not included.

Payment
Your investment is the amount shown at checkout. You may pay in full, or in 3 monthly payments that include an installment fee disclosed at checkout. If you choose the payment plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on each due date. You agree to pay the full program amount whether or not you use the program. Past-due payments may result in paused access until your account is current.

All Sales Final
Because you receive immediate access to digital content, all sales are final. No refunds or partial refunds are given for any reason, including non-participation, non-completion, or change of mind. Cancelling a payment plan does not cancel the balance owed.

No Guarantee of Results
We teach strategy and provide support. Your results depend on your own effort, business, market and other factors outside our control. We do not guarantee income, leads, sales or any specific outcome.

Our Content
All course materials, templates, recordings and tools remain the property of Self Made Biz LLC. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use them in your own business during your term. You may not copy, resell, share or teach our materials to others.

Your Login Is Yours
Access is for you only. Logins may not be shared with team members, contractors or anyone else.

Recordings
Live calls are recorded and may be shared with other students. By joining, you consent to being recorded. Please don't share other students' information or business details outside the program.

Conduct
We may remove anyone who is disruptive, disrespectful or misuses the program, without refund.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Any dispute will first go to mediation, then to binding arbitration through the American Arbitration Association.

Entire Agreement
These terms, together with your checkout confirmation, are the full agreement between us. Any changes must be in writing.
